One coordinator gets back to you — usually within a couple of hours.
What’s included

Common questions
For rental properties in England, EICRs must be renewed every 5 years or on change of tenancy. Commercial premises typically every 5 years — sooner if damage or upgrades.
A typical 1-bed flat starts around £120 + VAT; a 3-bed house around £180 + VAT. Larger and commercial properties are quoted per circuit. Volume discounts available.
C1 = danger present, requires immediate action. C2 = potentially dangerous, requires urgent remedial. C3 = improvement recommended, non-urgent. Only C1 and C2 make an EICR "unsatisfactory".
Yes — we quote the remedial works with the certificate so you can complete everything with one contractor.
Call a real coordinator now, or send us the details and we’ll come back with a fixed quote.
