Cat A is base-build finish — raised floors, ceilings, air-con and services. Cat B is the fit-out — partitions, decoration, furniture, branding. We deliver both.
Yes — much of our office work happens evenings and weekends so your team isn’t disrupted. It’s included in the quote.
We partner with a UK office-furniture supplier and can include it in the proposal, or work alongside your chosen supplier.
Small refurbs 2–4 weeks. Full 1,500 sq ft fit-outs 6–10 weeks. We commit to a firm date in the contract.
