Gas Safe engineers diagnose and repair boiler faults on the same visit where possible.
Electrical faults
NICEIC electricians for consumer unit trips, socket faults, lighting circuits and RCD issues.
Blocked drains & waste
Rodding, high-pressure jetting and CCTV surveys for stubborn blockages.
Locks, doors & security
Break-in repairs, lock changes, uPVC / composite door repairs and window mechanisms.
Handyman & make-good
Plaster patch, decoration, tiling repair and any snagging left behind by the fix.

Questions our clients ask.
Most callouts inside our normal coverage area (Hertfordshire, Greater London) are attended the same day during office hours. Outside those hours, call to check availability — we do our best.
Our standard first-hour callout is £95 + VAT within our normal coverage area. If parts or additional hours are needed we quote clearly before proceeding — no ambush pricing.
One-off jobs are welcome. Regular customers (landlords, agents, small businesses) benefit from priority booking and preferential rates — no contract required.
Both. For registered businesses and landlords we invoice on 14-day terms; for one-off callouts we take card on site once you are happy with the work.
